Full body workouts are not done by everyone who visits a fitness center. You might even be one of these people. Most people do not do complete routines, only partial ones. This is not uncommon. The second issue that most weightlifters encounter when they use split routines is that they are disappointed in not seeing the results happen as fast as they anticipated. It is usually because they’re doing the split routines thinking they’re protecting their muscles from over training.
